Coherent Breathing (5-5)
This technique involves breathing at a rate of 5 breaths per minute. It helps to balance the autonomic nervous system, improve heart rate variability (HRV), and promote a state of calm focus.

Breathe in for 5 seconds, and then breathe out for 5 seconds. Find a steady, gentle rhythm.
